You have two options for membership registration and two options for payment. Please read through the following information and determine which best fits your needs: 

How To Register as an FCSEM Member:

1. Our preference is that you register online. In order to do this, complete the registration form below, and simply hit submit! Your registration will be processed once payment is received.
2. A second option is that you download the membership form, print and complete the form and send it by mail to the address indicated at the bottom of the membership form. Make checks out to FCSEM. 

How to Submit Payment:

1. Pay the appropriate membership fee by sending a check to FCSEM: Leah Brinker; Howell HS; 1200 Grand River Ave Howell MI, 48843
2. A second option is to pay online by visiting our payment page and use a credit card. Using a credit card will include a convenience fee that we, as the organization must, pay to our website provider. This fee will be an additional 5.9% + $.30 on top of the original membership fee.

Once your membership form and payment have been received, a password for full website access will be emailed to you.
