If sending a school check, a registration form must be sent for each teacher attending.

By registering, I approve the use by FCSEM of any photos taken of me at the conference.

Hotel Room Reservations: Lexington Lansing Hotel (Formerly Sheraton Lansing, 925 S. Creyts Rd., Lansing, MI 48917 Phone: 1-517-323-7100. Ask for Reservations and refer to group code "FCSEM" or Family and Consumer Science Educators of Michigan to get the special rate of $95 per day, plus taxes. Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Guest room block will be held for reservations by individual call-in until Monday, October 19, 2009 and rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Post mark your registration form by October 19. If this is not possible, please call Louise Bombyk.
Participants are not considered registered and cannot register for sessions and meals online until payment is received. There will be a $25 handling fee for processing late cancellations. No refunds will be given for conference registration cancellations received after November 11, 2009
