In order to be considered for each of these awards you must meet the following requirements: *Rising Star must have been an educator for less than 5 years *Teacher of the Year must have been an educator for more than 5 years In addition candidates in both categories must meet the following: *Current Family and Consumer Sciences Educator *Current Member of the Family and Consumer Science Educators of Michigan Organization |
Award winners will receive the following:
*Plaque recognition *Bio posted on FCSEM website *Letter of achievement sent to their administration *Letter of achievement for their portfolio |
